If our Customer Service Representative gives you authorization to send your machine for service at Better Health Lab, Inc. shop, please adhere to the following directions carefully.  Without our prior authorization, service will not be provided by us.

Your satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to provide you with the right products to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with our product, we will give you your money back.  No refund will be made for shipping and handling charge.  If the machine has been used during the 30 days, then there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of a new filter and complete machine servicing.

Please call or e-mail us before returning the product.  You will receive instructions on returning the item at that time.  When returning the product you must have original packaging, and the shipment must be insured for the original price of the machine.  You must pay for shipping to return the item to us.  Better Health Lab, Inc. will provide a refund upon receipt and inspection of the product.  Your refund will be given the same way your payment was made.

*Please note:  Opened packages of Alkaline Booster are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

1. Remove filter before shipping and discard (filter is no longer usable).  Make sure to do so over a sink since water will rise from the filter connector and spill through the drain hole.
   If the filter is mounted, severe damage to the machine may occur during shipping.
   
   
2. Remove any excess water from the machine by tilting the machine to allow excess water to run out of the filter mount.
   Make sure to do this over your sink.
   
   
3. Remove the hoses, clamps, stainless steel spout hose, and faucet diverter.
   
   
4. Pack ionizer and parts in the original box, along with paperwork.
   Make sure that the machine is packed in the original package and put into another box for shipping.  A double package is mandatory to prevent any damages.  BHL is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.
   
   
5. It's best to use a shipping company with package tracking capabilities (UPS or Fed-Ex).
   Please ensure that you provide shipping insurance for the value of the products.
   
   
6. Freight to Better Health Lab, Inc. must be pre-paid.

When product is received, a refund will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price.  The funds will be refunded in the same manner in which the product was paid for.

Please be advised that when returning a used water ionizer or Pre-Filter System the refund will be reduced by a 15% restocking fee.  This fee pays for the used filter and any replacement parts.
